Jo works at Southern Specialist Centre, Morphett Vale. She completed her qualifications at Flinders University in 1988. Her areas of interest include food allergy and intolerance, irritable bowel, FODMAPs, diverticular disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, weight management in children and adults, nutrition advice during pregnancy and lactation, nutrition support and general dietetics.
